Located just downstream of the Port of Ridgfield Boat Ramp, the Division Street/Ridgefield Shore Launch provides an alternative access to Lake River away from motorized boats. The site usually has a port-a-potty restroom set up. Users are asked to pay the daily launch fee which include parking. Tickets are available from the Boat Ramp. The Port of Ridgefield is redeveloping the Lake River waterfront. Changes to this access site will likely occur at some point. The site features a concrete boat launch into the Multnomah Channel and a second dirt launch (without a dock) into Little McNary Lake. A Sauvie Island Wildlife Area Parking Permit is required for parking at the location, which can be obtained from the general store on Sauvie Island, located right next to the bridge. This facility offers convenient access to the Multnomah Channel, making it ideal for various boating activities such as fishing and kayaking. Additionally, visitors can enjoy transient moorage, public restrooms, picnic areas, and stunning views of the Multnomah Channel.

This site features a public boat ramp and a nearby swimming beach, along with a large parking lot, restrooms, and access to the 40-Mile Loop Trail system. The Multnomah County Marine Patrol office is located next to the boat ramp. Overnight parking is allowed for up to four days within a 30-day period. However, day-use visitors are not permitted to camp in their vehicles or stay overnight in the parking area. The Gleason boat ramp is open daily from 4:30 a.m. to sunset.

This 60-acre regional day-use park sits along the Columbia River and offers a wide range of amenities for visitors. The park features two restroom buildings, playground equipment, beach access, picnic shelters and tables, scenic trails, and a convenient boat launch. Paved roadways and parking areas provide easy access throughout the park, making it an ideal destination for families, groups, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

The westernmost commercial access point to the Oregon side of the lower Columbia River. The Hammond boat ramp is a heavily used commercial port for anglers fishing for sturgeon, salmon and other game fish, particularly the Buoy 10 salmon season each August. The fee is $10 per boat, which covers either launching or parking (not both), and applies for both day use and overnight stays. Overnight camping is available for $50 per night.

This well maintained 54-acre site located on Highway 30 just east of Astoria features a public boat launch, flush restrooms, parking, and a grassy area. The large parking lot can fill up quickly during fishing season. Lewis and Clark Wildlife Refuge interpretive signage. A parking fee is required, however a valid Clatsop County annual park pass allows for parking with no fee.

Astoria Parks Maintenance headquarters meets local gillnet fleet mooring docks. The site has a boat ramp with a run-down dock beside it, both of which are stranded by mud at low tides. At low tides, paddlers may carry boats out to the moorage docks, where launching is available at any tide.

Netul Landing is a unit of Lewis and Clark National Historical Park. The improved parking area and gravel, non-motorized boat ramp provide access to the Lewis and Clark River, approximately 5 miles from the mainstem of the Columbia River. Netul Landing is 1.5 river miles upstream from Fort Clatsop , making it the closest launch point to the Fort.

A relatively new one-lane boat ramp located on the south side of Puget Island on West Sunny Sands Road. The site provides multiple entry options - beach, dock, and ramp. The site is downriver (west) of the Wahkiakum County Ferry which connects Westport, Oregon and Puget Island, Washington. (A bridge connects Puget Island to Cathlamet.) The site is owned and operated by the Port of Wahkiakum No. 2 - the same port that operates Skamokawa Vista Park and County Line Park. Safety notes: Launch goes into the mainstem Columbia River relatively near the shipping channel. Take extra precaution.

This large, full-service marine facility on the Columbia River supports both commercial and recreational use. A public-use pavilion is available on-site, and the area features a variety of local attractions including restaurants, lodging, gift shops, galleries, retail seafood outlets, a coffee bar, and a bookstore. The scenic Lewis and Clark Discovery Trail runs along the waterfront walkway. Within walking distance, visitors will also find the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum, a small grocery store, post office, and more.
