Rooster Rock State Park features a large beach, boat ramp, and basin on the Columbia River; nature trails and exhibits; clothing optional beach; and the opportunity for group picnic reservations. The boat launch is on a small inlet, a short paddle away from the Columbia mainstem.

Situated on the bank of the Columbia River, this 12.5-acre park includes picnic tables, observation decks, a sandy beach area, and a restroom.

Marine Park is a 58.3-acre community park located along the Columbia River Renaissance Trail, which links it to both Wintler and Esther Short parks. It features the only boat launch operated by the City of Vancouver. Parking at the launch costs $10 per day, or visitors can purchase an annual parking pass for $50. Passes are available at the Firstenburg Community Center (700 NE 136th Ave.) and the Marshall Community Center (1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd.).

Located at river mile 1 of the Clatskanie River, the downtown Clatskanie boat ramp and dock offer convenient access just one mile from the Columbia River. This full-service, day-use park features paved parking, boarding floats, restrooms, and barbecue grills. A variety of amenities and services are within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for a day on the water.
