Connor began working for the Estuary Partnership in 2018. He is the Cost Accounting Coordinator, working closely with the Financial Accounting Coordinator on invoicing and tracking projects, payroll, and is part of the Human Resources Team. He was born in Vancouver, Washington and grew up hiking and swimming in the Columbia River Gorge. He came to the Estuary Partnership after 30 years as the Accounting Manager for LOI Environmental & Demolition Services and 24 years of teaching acting at the Portland Actors Conservatory. Jasmine focuses on developing public support for and increasing awareness of Estuary Partnership programming, as well as amplifying the work of partners. Jasmine has over a decade of experience working for conservation nonprofits. In her free time, she is an elected board member at the East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District and a lieutenant with the Corbett Fire District. Jasmine has a B.A. in General Science from the University of Oregon and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. Jasmine joined the Estuary Partnership in 2021.
