Columbia Estuary Ecosystem Classification Summary Report, LCEP

This summary report describes the Columbia River Estuary Ecosystem Classification, which was created through a collaborative effort between the University of Washington's Wetland Ecosystem Team, the USGS Water Sciences Center, and the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership.  While useful for science professionals, this document is primarily intended to provide non-technical professionals and other audiences with an introduction to the Classification and how it can be used. For a more rigorous description, interested parties are encouraged to download the USGS Open File report, and the soon to be available Columbia Estuary Ecosystem Classification synthesis report.
