Zooplankton and larval fish data were collected by the University of Washington in 1980-81 as part of the Columbia River Estuary Data Development Program. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife analyzed these data. Two aspects of zooplankton and larval fish ecology were emphasized: (1) the structure of assemblages and their relationship to physical and biological factors in the the estuary, and (2) the temporal and spatial distribution and density of zooplankton and larval fish in the estuary.
