Located at the end of East Third and East A street in Rainier Oregon.
A small but well maintained launch dedicated to non-motorized boats at the eastern end of Rainier. The site has a sandy beach launch that is nearly always there, restrooms, and easy access to downtown Rainier. The site is a part of the Rainier transient tie up area. There is lots of parking and the site provides a safer and less crowded launch option than the Rainier Boat Ramp, which is located at the western end of town.
Safety Notes:
Sandy beach provides a great launch and landing site. The site is next to a transient moorage and a working shipyard and tug operation. Be extra careful, especially when landing from the east.
