Small, very well maintained park with grassy areas for lounging and picnics, picnic tables, and access to the river. Site is within a couple of blocks of the Caples House Museum, the home of Dr. Charles Caples, the first physician in Columbia County (1870). The museum is open March through October and contains artifacts from the lives of this early pioneer family. Small sign commemorating Harvey H. Jordan and his boat the 'Pixie.'
